Very easy and clear check in process and prompt response to any queries. Booking process was simple and efficient and information was accurate.

Quick and simple check in process and any queries answered quickly and effectively. Apartment was superbly equipped and super comfortable as well as being really close to all that Edinburgh has to offer. We couldn't believe how quiet it was in the middle of a major city. Definitely a good find.

Karen the Property Manager was very helpful and provided access information as promised.

We enjoyed our stay and the property was lovely and just right for our group. We really liked the location - Stockbridge is a great area and an easy walk into the city centre.

Our only disappointment as that after a long train journey to Edinburgh from near Cambridge, it would have been a nice touch to find some welcome supplies such as some milk for a cup of tea. That would have avoided us venturing out to the local Sainabury’s at 10pm.

Easy booking thanks Siobhan. Website details good. Online booking process good except party details that we couldn't work out how to amend and 2 emails sent requesting help with this went unanswered.
Product
Edinburgh rentals with parking are at a premium but the product is expensive in comparison to some. That said this apartment is very good however not excellent as the standard of cleaning prior to arrival could be much better.

The property at 94DR is stunning and perfect for our group of friends.
Paul was extremely attentive and left a lovely starter pack of food and drinks . He replies promptly to any Qs and was a fabulous host
I could recommend this property and we hope to return

The apartment was warm and decorated for Christmas plus we had been left a bottle of cava to celebrate. We often stay here and it never disappoints. It is conveniently situated for shopping, eating out and buses into the city.

Supplied with all basics ( condiments, tea, coffee, olive oil etc) and has a washer/drier for laundry. Very well supplied with kitchen utensils if you are eating in and is also next door to a pizza takeaway.

The service I received from the initial booking right through to the holiday has been exceptional. Sacha was particularly helpful as was Craig who showed us around the apartment.

Booking was simple and communication was excellent. Deposit was very pricey!

The apartment was lovely and as described. It was clean, spacious and the beds were comfortable. I would highly recommend this flat, except to people who struggle with stairs…there are a lot of them (50, to be exact).

Karen was very helpful and responded quickly to my questions when I was in the flat. I don’t think she could’ve been more accommodating.

Loved the location of this flat. Also loved the well equipped kitchen. The living room was comfortable and has nice selection of reading material for an afternoon spent in.

A very comfortable apartment with everything needed for a week’s stay. The central position on the Royal Mile is so convenient but it is always busy so can be noisy. Ear plugs or noise cancelling headphones might be something to bring with you.

Communication before arrival was great. Greeting was a little unprofessional, run through of the Flat was too quick (due to Greeter feeling unwell and accent too heavy to understand fully). Flat was adequate, not what I expected of "Luxury". Location was good, but surrounding area was too noisy due to location of Flat. Flat was not adequately furnished with the little things that matter (bathroom and kitchen). Due to location of Flat being above a restaurant, the smell seeped into the Flat and smell was nauseating.

The location of the apartment is on the world famous Royal Mile that brings thousands of tourists every day, it is of course expected to be loud all throughout the day.

Excellent apartment, generally well appointed. However, there some minor issues, such as a door handle falling off; sheets did not fit the bed properly; oven had not been cleaned.
