What a perfect place to stay for our little family. We arrived after a long drive to a beautifully hand painted card, flowers and biscuits. The flat was immaculate and entry easy with the key safe system. The location was great going into the city centre as well as exploring the outskirts and places like Gullane. Next time we might take the Edinburgh address’s campervan for a few nights in the highlands too!

Responsive staff with a very well managed booking and payment process.

Concierge service for check-in was also responsive when we had questions during our stay.

Very well equipped flat within walking distance of all necessary amenities - shops, restaurants, etc.

Great views of the castle.

Booking was straightforward, checking in was easy and very few problems during our stay. Great location for seeing all the sights in Edinburgh, and a nice quiet neighborhood. Functional kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, good bathrooms.

Apartments like this one were built between the 18th and the 19th century with no lifts or space for one. However, a parking space in the city centre (rare find), breath-taking views of Edinburgh and tailored interiors, make the Skyline a great place, just like you said. Easy to communicate, service was very efficient. Check-in was easy & pleasant, despite the fact that we arrived quite late due to a cancelled flight.
Product
The flat was wonderfully spacious, bright, and attractively & comfortably furnished. We really loved the location - close enough to walk to everything, but distant enough from the busiest, most touristy areas to get a real neighborhood feel.

A couple of suggestions to make a great stay even better: as a previous reviewer mentioned, the bedding was bargain aisle polyfill pillows and comforters, which was a surprise considering the high standard throughout the rest of the flat. Also, we were a bit surprised that no toiletries were provided in the bathrooms except for hand soap. In our experience it's very unusual to not be provided with at least starter size shampoo and body wash. But those are small things. Overall, we were extremely pleased and would certainly rent this flat again.

Eddie was very accommodating to leave the keys at 10:30 AM so we could check in early. The apartment met our expectations. It was big enough for our crew of six adults. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances. The living room was large. It was wonderful

Booking simple and straightforward.
Likewise payment.
Stairs were a problem - steep stone steps and lots of them.
Wouldn't have booked if I'd known about them.
We loved the flat. It was very attractive, freshly decorated. Well equipped and immaculately clean.
A rubber mat for the shower is a pretty basic requirement, surely.
The location is stunning, St Giles one way and the castle the other.
Ideal rental for the younger and fitter.

Booking service and staff at Edinburgh Address are first class and helpful.
Product
Location excellent for an incredible city. Very nice apartment with great layout and works well for 5-6 people. Beds comfortable although pillows not perfect. Sufficient kitchenware for stay in evenings although so many good places to dine within a 5-10 min walk seldom required. Bathrooms functional and compact.
Only potential hazard is that front bedroom onto castle terrace can be noisy from traffic or as in our case workmen painting the road at 1am with a loud compressor on their truck for a couple of nights - I think this was just bad luck and normally the road is quite at night

From start to finish everything went smoothly and happened as it should. Like the auto payment reminders along the way, and the quick return of the 'breakages' deposit. Recommended !

Large apartment, perfect for three couples, all amenities within the apartment fit its size.
Location, so so convenient.
Flat walk to Princes Street, all the surrounding commercial area and Haymarket Station. Buses around the corner too 10 / 10 !
