"When we arrived at the apartment we were very pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and size of the overall apartment. It had such a homely feel that we found it to be perfect. It was also extremely well equipped and had all of the essentials that we required. The apartment had a modern décor and was the perfect accommodation for celebrating the Hogmany festival. I would definitely recommend the apartment to anyone travelling to Edinburgh and hopefully I will be personally re-booking the apartment when I am next in Edinburgh.

The flat was of a very high standard and all of our requests such as late check in & late check out were completed without a single problem. "We just returned from our vacation to England, Scotland, France and Italy. While away we stayed at five different self catering accomodations. My entire family agrees (6 of us) that the Causwayside was the best of all of them. The apartment was clean, newly renovated, warm and welcoming. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. The fresh flowers and fruit we received on our arrival made for a warm welcome and the specialty bars of soap and lotions in the bathroom gave a pampered feel to the place. It was easy to get to by public transit (however the bus line 42 schedule is a bit long between buses but that is not the reponsibility of the apartment owner) and if necessary, it can be walked from downtown. This apartment is perfect for a family of 4 but our family of six was comfortable in the space making use of the pull out sofa bed. After being in many other places, this was great value for the money and our only regret was that we didn't spend mor time here. We would definitely go back and recommend to our friends."
