Women in Tourism was set up by a small group of individuals 2015. The organisation strives to discuss and overcome challenges, seize opportunities and strengthen relationships within our industry. Aiming to answer questions regarding, amongst other things, inequality, development and remuneration within the Scottish Tourism sector, the group have released a survey specifically for female tourism workers.

The Edinburgh Address’s managing director, Anna Morris is one of the founding members of Women in Tourism and hopes the group can help to break down barriers for women across the industry.

We would very much appreciate it if, you’re a women in the tourism industry - or hoping to become a part of it, you could spare a few minutes to participate in the survey.
