Boasting a private balcony with dining facilities, as well as a private roof top terrace which comes complete with your very own hot tub, we think this three floor penthouse apartment has everything you could need for your family holiday or special trip away.
The Panoramic Penthouse @ Quartermile is suitable for a maximum of 6 adults and up to four children.
Interior layout The views from each floor are stunning with Edinburgh Castle, Arthur’s Seat and the Pentlands all laid out before you.
The top floor interior is generously split between a large open plan relaxing grown-up living space with generous leather Roche Bobois sofas, 3D TV and a mezzanine games area. There are plenty of board, card and dice games suitable for big kids and little kids alike, along with a foosball table and colouring and drawing equipment. A washroom is also on this level.
On the middle level is the large, designer kitchen, with island, granite worktops, integrated Siemens appliances, one of which is a coffee machine which works at the touch of a button for those lazy mornings. There is a modern oak dining table to seat 10 and a spacious open plan living area with a large comfortable corner Roche Bobois sofa and TV area along with a selection of games/puzzles suitable for younger children. This level opens out onto the private balcony with BBQ and outdoor seating which in the Spring/Summer and Autumn is set amongst lavender and alpine strawberry beds which creates a lovely private scented oasis.
All the bedrooms are located on the first floor. The master has breathtaking views, "his and her" walk in wardrobes and a large en-suite, with designer tub and a large rain shower head. There are a further two en-suite bedrooms, a children's play bedroom with rope swings and slides with two bunk beds (3 full size single beds and a small cotbed for a child under 5) and a family bathroom with fullsize designer tub and rain shower. This floor also features a 'hide' play area with sofa, ideal for children and a large utility room.
This privately owned luxury penthouse has been lovingly and thoughtfully kitted out to cater for families ranging from the very young upwards!
Regardless of age the penthouse is perfectly positioned in the heart of Edinburgh to access many of the cities attractions within easy walking distance – with great restaurants, bars and coffee bars on the door step.

Exterior The Quartermile is a prestigious, award winning development, boasting some of the most expensive and desirable real estate in Edinburgh! The Penthouse is located on the top 3 floors of this glass fronted modern building which is sympathetically set amongst the historic architecture of the late 1800’s
For those that require parking there is secure underground parking available for up to 2 cars during your stay. (Please make The Edinburgh Address aware that you require the second parking space).
Sleeping arrangements One King bedroom, two Double Bedrooms. Child's playroom/bedroom with two bunk beds, one with 2 full size singles and the other one full size and a toddler bed.
The maximum capacity is for 6 adults and 3 or 4 children. For over 6 people there is a £65 per night per person charge for the children's bedroom. Use of the hot tub is charged at £175 per booking.
The Edinburgh Address require names and ages of all guests, as well as addresses and ID. We will require the lead guest to sign copy of our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to vet any booking. This apartment is not suitable for stag parties, hen parties or young single sex groups or parties. One member of the booking party must be over 30 years old. There is a strictly non-smoking policy. A minimum £650 refundable damage deposit is due with this property. We will require the names of all guests. Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited due to restrictions imposed by the estate management who have 24hr oversight over the estate.
