To continue with our theatrical theme, over at the Festival Theatre there's a really charming adaptation of Oscar Wilde's story The Selfish Giant by Wee Stories Theatre. The strong influence from traditional story-telling makes this company a firm favourite with all generations and 'The Selfish Giant' is already getting great four star reviews from The Herald.

With the characters Hail, Frost, and the North Wind moving in to the Giant's garden after he banishes the animals, this is a wonderfully seasonal fairytale full of a subtle wintry charm. Dance, music and humour make it a theatrically compelling experience for everyone. I've already booked my tickets here!
