- Money – All of The Edinburgh Address’s apartments are in city centre locations – Royal Mile, The Meadows, Castle Terrace – take your pick! Staying in a hotel room in any of these locations would most likely break the bank, but when you cut down the cost of renting a whole apartment, prices per night, per person are almost always less expensive than if you went for a hotel room. We also offer long stay and low season adjustments of up to 40%!
- Charged per apartment, not per person – As mentioned, renting out a whole apartment can often make more sense financially than a hotel room. Hotels usually charge for the number of people staying in the room/rooms, however we have a flat rate for out apartments so as long as there’s enough beds for bodies – you won’t have to pay any extra!
- Feel like a local – Immerse yourself into Edinburgh’s culture and live in one of its iconic cobbled windy streets. Staying in a hotel can feel generic, but when you have your own apartment, you can really settle into the style of the city.
