You are within easy walking distance to various local supermarkets, shops and excellent restaurants and bars in the Canonmills, Newtown and Stockbridge areas of Edinburgh.

A 30 minute stroll down the Water of Leith footpath will take you all the way to the Port of Leith, The Royal Yacht Britannia and some of Edinburgh's Best restaurants such as the award winning Kitchen by Tom Kitchen and Fishers in Leith for some outstanding seafood, to name but a few of our favourites.

This property has a large family lounge with small balcony that has a view up to Edinburgh Castle, perfect for watching the New Year fireworks and staying cosy, a large dining kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, one family bathroom and one ensuite shower room.

This property also comes with one free parking space.

This apartment is not suitable for stag parties, hen parties, young single sex groups or parties. One member of the booking party must be over 25. Strictly non smoking. The Edinburgh Address require names and ages of all guests, as well as addresses and ID. A damage deposit of £250 is required one week before arrival and will be fully refunded pending no damages one week after your departure.

Limited mobility access This property is in a block of flats with access to a communal lift with one step up to the main building door from the pavement.

Getting there from Waverley Railway Station:
This property is approximately a 30 minute walk from Waverly Train station, so we would recommend that you take a taxi from the train station to the property when you first arrive.

Getting there from the Airport:
The is a bus and a tram that will take you direct to the city center for £5.00 per person one way. Once there we would recommend that you take a taxi to the property from one of the many taxi ranks in the centre.
The easiest way to get to the apartment from the airport directly is a taxi from the taxi stand just at the front of the airport.

Getting there by car:
If travelling from the North continue on the A90 signposted for Edinburgh. Take the exit onto the A902, go through the following roundabout on to Ferry Road. Turn left onto Inverleith Row at the lights
and follow the road down to the next junction and continue to the next set of traffic lights. Turn left onto Broughton Road and then left again at the lights onto Logie Green Road. Continue down Logie Green Road and take the second turning on the right onto Powderhall Road. Continue along Powder hall Road and Powderhall is the second turning on the left

If travelling from the South continue to drive on the A1 and follow signs for Leith on the A199. Continue along Commercial Street and at the lights turn right on to North Junction Street and continue on to Great Junction Street. At the lights turn right on to Bonnington Road. Continue along Bonnington Road until you reach a set of light with one right turn onto Logie Green Road. Turn Right on to Logie Green Road. Continue down Logie Green Road and take the second turning on the right onto Powderhall Road. Continue along Powder hall Road and Powderhall is the second turning on the left

Two free parking spaces available with permits from Property manager on arrival.
