A personal greeter will be on-hand to welcome you to your holiday home. We’ll explain the basics of the apartment as well as recommendations and keys. However, this also means that we can only accept check-ins during certain times. Late arrivals (between 22:00-24:00), early check-ins (between 12.00-15.00) and late checkouts (between 10.00-12.00) will accrue a £40 charge.

The following special points also apply to your selected property:
- The property must be left in a neat & tidy condition with all rubbish removed, used pots and pans washed and returned to the cupboards, etc. Extra charges apply if any additional cleaning is needed after guest departure.
- Full payment is required six weeks before arrival or immediately after booking if booking is within six weeks of arrival date.
- A refundable damage deposit of £250 is required

Rose Street is located parallel to Princes Street. The apartment is easily accessed from both the airport (Airport Link 100 bus to Princes Street) and Waverley Train Station a 5 minute walk to the apartment. The apartment is located on Rose Street between Castle Street and Frederick Street, next to the Tartan shop, opposite ECCO shoes.
On Street Pay and Display parking available in George Street, Charlotte Square and surrounding area (maximum 4 hours), nearest NCP car park located at Castle Terrace approximately 10 minutes walk from apartment.
