Guestbook reviews

We recently stayed over a weekend in this beautifully refurbished ground/basement flat and can highly recommend it. The decor is very stylish, the modern kitchen is well-equipped and the beds are very comfortable.

The flat has a stunning view of Holyrood Park and it is handy for the Royal Mile, with Holyrood Palace and the Scottish Parliament Building a 20-minute walk away. There’s also an excellent bus service from nearby London Road to the city centre, and a shopping centre within walking distance.
