It is a fabulous blend of contemporary interiors set against the stunning Victorian backdrop and is an idyllic coastal retreat and a wonderful hideaway for up to three couples or a family.

This modern third floor, three-bedroom, two bathroom apartment with open plan living space boasts some of the best sea views this coastline has to offer. A communal entrance leads you in past the utility room and on into a ground floor hallway this then leads up the stairs to the apartment.

Living Area
From the moment you enter the apartment it is impossible not to feel relaxed and chilled in this calming, light filled environment. Entering through the hall you are greeted with the open plan living space including lounge and the views across the bay. There is ample seating on the large sofa where you can chill out, watch TV or just take in the views across the bay.

Kitchen And Dining Area
The spacious, open plan dining area seats six with its table positioned perfectly to enjoy views of the beach and the sea. Patio doors lead straight out onto one of the two glass enclosed balconies this one having a table and chairs for those alfresco breakfasts or lunches.

The modern kitchen with surround sound speakers compliments the living space with its clean white units, integrated appliances and extractor fan. With ample storage and all the equipment and utensils you’ll need to help make it a perfect stay.

* We would highly recommend that children are not allowed on either of the balcony areas without strict supervision.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
The apartment has three well sized bedrooms with views to the front and rear of the property. The master bedroom enjoys views out across the bay, has a King size bed and ample storage with floor to ceiling wardrobes. This bedroom also has the benefit of a luxury en suite bathroom with a bath where you can lie back and enjoy the stars above. Bedroom two, with views to the rear of the property has two single beds and also has two additional children’s pull out beds, if required. This bedroom has a jack and jill adjoining bathroom which is also accessed from the main hall. Bedroom three has windows to the front and rear of the property and has a double size bed.

Interior layout The apartment is up 2 flights of stairs and is all on one level. You access the apartment into a bright hall, the lounge, open plan diner and kitchen is to the left with 2 balconies giving fantastic views over the putting green to the beach and beyond. The bathroom and twin bedroom is to the front of the apartment and the master bedroom with ensuite is to the back. The double bedroom is farthest along the hall. There is a utility room with washing machine on the ground floor, there is also access to the private parking via the back door of the property.

Directions

Access to the property is via West gate at the far end of North Berwick High Street. There is a garden gate with Clova Penthouse signage. One you have the keys for the property you can then also access the back door of the building which gives access to the private parking. The parking area is accessed via gates on Beach Road.
