This apartment has a large bright living room with a large flat screen TV, WiFi and views over towards the Glen Golf Club. Towards the back of the property is the spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a great space for hosting a dinner party with friends – this dining space comfortably seats 4. The kitchen also has a second large flat scree TV. The separate utility room gives additional storage and includes a washing machine and tumble dryer.The property has been recently renovated and is beautifully decorated throughout. There is floor and central heating which all go towards creating a really warm, comfortable holiday home, whatever the weather.

Boasting 2 large bedrooms, one with a Superking size bed and the other with two small double beds. The property also offers two full, beautifully done Bathrooms beside each bedroom both with a bath and an overhead shower. The property is ideal for golfers or couples.

Balfour St is a one way street that can only be accessed from East Road. Depending on direction of travel, if traveling east along East Road turn left into Balfour Street, if travelling West along East Road turn right into Balfour street. Entry to the main stair is number 15, up 1 flight of stairs. East Cliff is the first apartment on your left.
