Up to 4 adults can relax with ample space in this apartment. Recline on the comfortable sofas in the large bright living room with a large flat-screen TV, WiFi and views over towards the Glen Golf Club. Prepare meals and snacks during your stay in the sleek, open fully equipped kitchen housed towards the rear of the property. The dining area connects to the kitchen space, which comfortably seats 4. The kitchen also has a second large flat-screen TV. Should you need to freshen your laundry, the separate utility room gives additional storage and includes a washing machine and tumble dryer.
The property is beautifully decorated throughout with feature wallpaper and a sophisticated feel. Floor and central heating create a really warm, comfortable holiday home for you to enjoy, whatever the weather.

Choose from two spacious, elegant bedrooms, one with a sumptuous super king-size bed and the other with two small double beds. The property also offers two full, beautifully designed Bathrooms beside each bedroom, each with a bath and an overhead shower.

Bookings made at this property require a £200 damage deposit, which will be due 7 days before check-in. Providing there are no deductions to be made from this, the payment will be refunded 5 working days after departure.

Bookings for 14-21 nights will receive one mid stay clean
Bookings for 21-28 nights will receive two mid stay cleans

Balfour St is a one way street that can only be accessed from East Road. Depending on direction of travel, if traveling east along East Road turn left into Balfour Street, if travelling West along East Road turn right into Balfour street. Entry to the main stair is number 15, up 1 flight of stairs. East Cliff is the first apartment on your left.
Free on-road parking, or free public car park 2 minutes walk from the property.
In Balfour Street itself, there is a 4-hour restriction on free parking from June to September.
Public parking in North Berwick can be complex as the rules vary according to season and year to year. We recommend following the signs upon arrival in North Berwick and also advise considering your options for this prior to check-in as it is unfortunately something we are not able to assist with on the day:
