This executive apartment is the height of sophistication and boasts contemporary interiors throughout, which sit perfectly alongside the original, classic Georgian features. The generous living room is decorated with a chic palette, has ample seating with super comfy sofas, a decorative fireplace, and is lavished with all the little home comforts including a Smart TV with Freeview service, and complimentary WiFi to get you feeling right at home.

Moving through to the open-plan area, you’ll discover an exquisitely designed, split-level kitchen and dining space that epitomises contemporary living. A bright and airy atmosphere is created by the abundance of natural light pouring in from the cathedral-style glass roof. You’ll find all the mod cons a discerning traveller needs, along with a dining table seating up to 4 guests and a breakfast bar. Integrated appliances include an instant boiling Quooker water tap, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, and hob/oven.

Indulge in the master bedroom, adorned with tasteful decor, featuring a generously sized king bed that promises unparalleled comfort. The room is enhanced by the presence of double windows, offering a serene window seat to sit back and enjoy the view. This room proudly presents a spacious and unique ensuite shower room.

The second double bedroom offers the convenience of twin beds, ensuring a versatile sleeping arrangement. This thoughtfully designed space also provides ample storage options, courtesy of its expansive wardrobes that offer generous capacity.

Please note we do not provide hypoallergenic bedding at our properties.

This property benefits from a private parking space - a real rarity in the city!

A meet and greet service is provided, whereby you will be met at the property to be provided with keys and to be shown the property. Please arrange your arrival with the property manager.

Entry to the apartment is from 16:00 onwards; however, please note that arrivals after 19:00 may incur a late arrival fee of £30 for unsociable hours, arrivals after 10 pm will incur a fee of £50, and arrivals after midnight, a fee of £60. Earlier entry can perhaps be arranged but depends if there is a departure at your chosen apartment that day. This can be confirmed within 48 hours of arrival. If you are arriving earlier than 16:00 on your day of arrival, it is always worth contacting the property manager as they will always endeavour to give you access as soon as possible.

The latest departure time is 11:00, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already.

A £200 refundable damage/security deposit is due 7 days before arrival and refunded after departure.

All properties are strictly non-smoking and do not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old.
