As you enter the ground floor, you'll be greeted by lovely high ceilings that enhance the sense of space and grandeur. After a long day of exploring Edinburgh, you can quickly kick off your shoes and get comfy in the stunning sitting room with a beautiful bow ended window. This room with its high ceilings, provides a very comfortable and inviting space perfect for relaxing and unwinding. It's an ideal spot for family and friends to gather and enjoy each other's company.
On the same floor, you'll find the opulent master bedroom with a huge window looking onto the private garden, plenty of storage and an impressive, luxurious ensuite featuring a luxurious bathtub and a separate shower and offering a lavish retreat. &There is also a guest loo on this upper level.
As you head downstairs, you'll find it feels like a whole new home. The lower level is bright and airy, boasting a fantastic spacious dining kitchen, perfect for culinary creations and an open-plan layout that includes a lovely L shaped sofa with a TV for entertainment. There’s an island with stools for sitting and chatting and doors to the private terraced gardens which has outdoor dining furniture, so it is perfect for a sunny day.
There's also a very smart dining hallway where you can enjoy meals together.
This level features two additional bedrooms—one is a twin with two single beds and the other is a double bed—providing ample accommodation for all the family. There is also a shower room and a utility room on this level.
Exterior Douglas Crescent in Edinburgh is a picturesque, tree-lined street situated in the West End of the city. Known for its elegant Georgian and Victorian architecture, the area offers a tranquil residential atmosphere while still being conveniently close to many of Edinburgh’s main attractions.
Princes Street is a short walk away and there are some lovely local bars, cafes and restaurants on William Street, around Haymarket and on Queensferry Road near Princes Street. You can walk down to Stockbridge easily from here and it's a quick walk to the Modern Art Galleries. The closestshops are located on Shandwick Place and you'll also find a tram stop and lots of buses there.
