1. The 35% of Booking Direct is a combination of base The Edinburgh Address rates (up to 20% lower than 3rd parties) and the autumn discount up to 15%.
2. Autumn Discount promotion will end on the 30th of November. After this date, booking directly with The Edinburgh Address will save you up to 20%.
3. Autumn Discount promotion (up to 15%) does not include the following dates in November 2018: 9th to 11th, 16th to 19th, 23rd to 25th.
4. The Autumn discount cannot be combined with other promotions. If user attempts to combine them, TEA reserves every right to remove the lower discount.
5. Discount available only on The Edinburgh Address apartments and does not include extras and experiences. These apartments are distinguished by symbol '@' in the property name.
6. Promotion cannot be used for pre-existing bookings. Discount is subject to availability.
