1. The discount cannot be combined with other promotions, excluding Flexible Rates (see terms and conditions). If user attempts to combine them, TEA reserves every right to remove the discount.
2. Discount available only on The Edinburgh Address apartments and does not include extras and experiences. The Ediburgh Address Apartments are distinguished by symbol '@' in the property name to see if they are eligible.
3. Please see on each apartments "Special Offers" section to see if they are eligible.
4. Promotion cannot be used for pre-existing bookings. Discount is subject to availability.
5. We do however reserve the right to correct inadvertent errors in both advertised and confirmed prices, and we will do so as soon as we become aware of the error. Where we have to make any changes that will affect your booking we will notify you of these changes as soon as possible.
6. Promotions available for specific dates only. The 15% discount does not include New Year (from the 30th of Dec to the 2nd of Jan).
