Booking Conditions . Please read carefully
1. NON REFUNDABLE RESERVATIONS. The terms of the non refundable reservations require full payment to be made at the time of booking. Payment will be processed and debited from the authorized credit card account. No refund will be offered for cancellations, no-shows and early departures. Changes or amendments to the reservation will be termed as cancellations and no refund will be offered.
2. The prices denominated by “From” in any The Edinburgh Address promotional material and websites, are considered to be the lowest price available, per night for the respective accomodation up to the end of the current year and therefore, there is no guarantee of this prices availability every time a research in done in our reservations system (variable price depending on research date). Because these are already the lowest available rates, which may therefore include the promotional campaigns, no added discounts are applicable.
3.The discount cannot be combined with other promotions. If user attempts to combine them, TEA reserves every right to remove the discount.
4. Discount available only on The Edinburgh Address apartments and does not include extras and experiences. The Ediburgh Address Apartments are distinguished by symbol '@' in the property name.
5. Please contact us to see if the apartment selected is eligible.
6. Promotion cannot be used for pre-existing bookings. Discount is subject to availability.
7. We do however reserve the right to correct inadvertent errors in both advertised and confirmed prices, and we will do so as soon as we become aware of the error. Where we have to make any changes that will affect your booking we will notify you of these changes as soon as possible.
8. Promotions available for specific dates only. Offer does not include August and New Year (the 30th of Dec 2020 to the 2nd of Jan 2021).
