2. The discount cannot be combined. If user attempts to combine them, TEA reserves every right to remove the lower discount.
3. Discount available only on The Edinburgh Address apartments (those with the @ symbol in their property name).
4. This offer does not include extras and experiences.
5. Discount available only if you received offer directly from our members of staff. You might be required to provide proof that such offer was made.
6. Promotion cannot be used for pre-existing bookings. Discount is subject to availability.
7. We reserve the right to correct inadvertent errors in both advertised and confirmed prices, and we will do so as soon as we become aware of the error. Where we have to make any changes that will affect your booking we will notify you of these changes as soon as possible.
