Alternatively, if you prefer, you can opt to pay a £200 damage deposit 7 days directly with us before arrival. Your deposit will be held during your stay and refunded 5 days after departure, subject to an inspection of the property.

Interior layout When you first enter Greco's Close, you will find yourself in a welcoming L-shaped hallway with bright walls and high ceilings. The first door on the right leads to a double bedroom, featuring a double bed, bedside table and lamp. There is also a dressing table, mirror and storage space.
Further along the corridor, on the left-hand side, is a closet that’s perfect for storing clothes, jackets and shoes at the end of a day of walking or playing on the beach. Continue along the hall to the modern, fully-equipped kitchen and dining area.
The area is decorated in a contemporary style, with a relaxing sea theme reflected in the artwork on the wall. This is a bright and airy space with ample natural light from the windows on two walls and is ideal for enjoying a home-cooked meal during your self-catering break.
Opposite the kitchen is a large cupboard with a washing machine, iron, ironing board and additional storage for jackets.
Further along the hallway is a large lounge area complete with two comfortable sofas and some lovely personal touches. The apartment's location at the end of the High Street allows for windows on two walls, bathing the room in natural light.
Following the hall round from the lounge, is the second bedroom. This spacious room features bedside lamps, plenty of storage and a good-sized writing desk to conveniently work on a laptop or write your postcards.
Please note: This bedroom houses a king-sized bed that can be prepared as a twin bed, making this a very flexible accommodation to suit your group's needs.
Please also note we do not provide hypoallergenic bedding at our properties.
Directly opposite this second bedroom, you’ll find another cupboard, providing plenty of storage space for hanging your clothes.
At the end of the hall is the contemporary shower room, featuring a rainfall shower, mirror and plenty of cupboard space for storing toiletries.

Directions are as follows: At the very end (sea side and swimming pool end) of the High Street you will see Knox Newsagent. At the end of the High Street is a close called Greco's Close - go through Greco's Close to the back of the building. Enter the the building at the rear and climb 2 flights of stairs. The key safe is to the left of the door 148B.
Parking on the High Street is limited to 90 minutes from Monday to Saturday between the hours of 8:30 am and 5:30 pm. Alternatively, there are free car parks on Countess Crescent and at Lauderdale Park which are both a 5-minute walk from the property.
