Our three bedroom holiday apartment with its open-plan layout is one of our most beautiful properties. The living room has plenty of natural lighting and has elegant wooden floors. Decor draws of Scandinavian influences with stylish greys, touches of yellow and geometrical patterns.
The living room features two large comfy sofas, perfect for reading your favourite book and relaxing after a day exploring our amazing city. One of these sofas turns into a sofa bed to accommodate two extra guests (charges apply). In the living room, you’ll also find a large bookcase with a small collection of novels and magazines and a flatscreen TV with a DVD player.

As a self-catering apartment, this holiday home has everything you need for a comfortable self-catering stay. The kitchen features an oven with a gas hob, toaster, microwave, large fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine and of course a kettle for making the perfect cuppa.
You can enjoy your breakfast at the six-person table in the living room. From your breakfast table, you’ll have views over Edinburgh Old Town so you can daydream about your time in Edinburgh before experiencing it first-hand.

Our stylish holiday apartment has three spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large, super comfortable king size bed and ensuite facilities. It’s decorated in warm brown tones with wooden bed frame, bedside table and wardrobe. The ensuite has a stylish walk-in rain shower, heated towel rails and a large wall mirror, ideal for getting ready.
Next door, you’ll find the second bedroom with two single beds. Also decorated in warm brown tones, this room has lots of natural lighting and a window that looks onto the nearby neighbourhood. The third bedroom has one single bed.
Both the second and third bedrooms share the family bathroom with bathtub for bathing the kids as well as a shower. There’s also heated towel rails and a large mirror in this bathroom. All linens and towels are provided.
Convenient Location, Holiday Lets in Edinburgh Old Town
Located on Edinburgh’s Royal Mile, this holiday apartment has one of the best locations in the city. You cannot get more central. Edinburgh Castle, Princes Street and the National Museum are only a stone’s throw away, 550 meters to be exact. You can also easily walk to Holyrood Park and Arthur’s Seat. Along the Royal Mile, you’ll find a fantastic collection of restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques and traditional pubs.
If you’re arriving by train, Waverley Station is only 350 metres from the flat. From here, you can also quickly catch the bus to the airport. Making it possible to enjoy your stay without having to worry about parking or taking public transport everywhere.

Key Collection for Your Old Town Apartment
A personal greeter will be on-hand to welcome you to your holiday home if required. We’ll explain the basics of the apartment as well as recommendations and keys. Check in is between 15.00 and 22.00 hours. Late arrivals (between 22:00-24:00), early check-ins (between 12.00-15.00) and late checkouts (between 10.00-12.00) will accrue a £40 charge.

- This apartment is not suitable for stag parties, hen parties or young single sex groups or parties.
- The property must be left in a neat & tidy condition with all rubbish removed, used pots and pans washed and
returned to the cupboards, etc. Extra charges apply if any additional cleaning is needed after guest
- Full payment is required six weeks before arrival or immediately after booking if booking is within six weeks of arrival date.
- A refundable damage deposit of £250 is required

Interior layout The apartment is on the 4th floor and opens into an L-shaped hallway that leads forward into the bright, spacious and well equipped open plan living/dining and kitchen area with the bedrooms and bathrooms located along the hallway. The characteristic sash windows offer a unique and interesting view of the famous Royal Mile from some of the rooms in the apartment.
Exterior Traditional Victorian Tenement Building right on the Historic Royal Mile, just down from Edinburgh Castle and a stone's throw from St.Giles Cathedral. The area is surrounded by interesting closes, wynds and hidden gems; The property is situated on a pedestrianised part of the Royal mile and is accessed via a double door, with a wynding staircase leading up to the apartment.
Accessibility statement This property is located in one of the oldest parts of the city and the buildings are unique in style. There is no lift available and the property is on the 4th floor with access up a spiral staircase. There is no vehicle access right to the door as the entrance is on a pedestrian precinct part of the Royal Mile. This is unsuitable for anyone with disabilities.
Instant and secure
Airlink 100 Bus from Airport to Waverley Bridge then a 5 minute walk to the apartment via Cockburn Street, onto Jackson's Close and then onto the High Street. Turn right and the apartment can be found on the right-hand side as you walk up the high street towards the Castle. It has a reddish brown double door.
Taxis are available at the airport and train stations, as well as at various Taxi ranks throughout the city.
Car Hire is easily available from Edinburgh Airport, Waverley and Haymarket Train Station locations as well as other locations
