We have stayed here twice now. The apartment is spacious and beautifully kept. Its location is excellent within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and tourist sites yet far enough to be away from the bustling crowds and noise. The availibility of parking is a plus point.

It is on the 5th floor so I’d recommend not attempting to carry a suitcase up the stairs but pack lighter bags/backpacks instead. Towels, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are all provided at the apartment.

Karen, the contact person is very helpful and responsive even on an early Sunday morning.

Service was excellent. Karen communicated with us first thing in the morning, all details for key collection etc was conveyed to us and arranged parking for us.

The stairs leading up to the apartment are not for the faint hearted but the apartment is totally worth the effort.
Spacious, tastefully decorated, generous sized rooms and 3 bathrooms - it’s perfect for relaxing or unwinding after a long day!
My favourite spot was the comfy tweed chair in the kitchen that was made for reading, complete with reading light.
The mattress was comfortable and we all had 3 days of excellent sleep.
The kitchen was well equipped and again, very stylish.
Location wise, it was just on the edge of a very nice street, with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby, easy enough to pop out for a meal or coffee, best bit was that it was away from the very crowded, touristy area but still near enough to walk to those places.
I’m sure we will book to stay here again.

I will admit that the Staff did allow for an earlier Check-In, which was very much appreciated. There was little to no communication, however, once we were installed. I have rented before in Edinburgh, and it is pretty much the same thing. You mostly feel like you are on your own once there. I have never met or seen any of the staff associated with apartment rentals in Edinburgh.

The Apartment is very nice with two full bedrooms w/bath, and one additional full bathroom. The kitchen is wonderful except that there was no coffee maker and the faucet dripped throughout the whole week. I did report the faucet and was told that a handy man was to come by to remedy. The Handy Man never came. The bathroom exhaust fans made loud noises so that, at night, we could not even turn on the light in the toilet due to the noise. We reported that as well, but no Handy Man.
Again, you will probably not find a nicer apartment, however, beware the stairs (70+). After a day of sightseeing, the stairs can present a serious challenge.
The location was great. There are a couple of nice breakfast places down the block. About a two-block walk puts you on Princess Street (main thoroughfare).
The apartment also comes with a parking slot should you rent a car. This was very handy as there is no parking in the area.
As for equipment, we never were able to negotiate the clothes dryer. Also, there must be some trick to operating the microwave properly, because we struggled trying to use it. The instructions left in the apartment were for another model.

Communication with company and property manager were good.

Lovely flat, parking in central Edinburgh is the main bonus for us.

Easy booking thanks Siobhan. Website details good. Online booking process good except party details that we couldn't work out how to amend and 2 emails sent requesting help with this went unanswered.

Edinburgh rentals with parking are at a premium but the product is expensive in comparison to some. That said this apartment is very good however not excellent as the standard of cleaning prior to arrival could be much better.

The property was well advertised on the Edinburgh Address website. The photos and description were accurate - we found the apartment was just as described. There was a good range of high end properties to chose from.

We found that the Edinburgh Address is just a marketing website, so there was someone completely different to talk to in terms of gaining access to the property, housekeeping etc. The liaison between the property manager and the Edinburgh Address was 'clunky' which caused a bit of confusion and mixed messages about cleaning etc. It might help if the Edinburgh Address website makes it clearer that it's an Airbnb-type operation so, once the property is booked, all further communications should be direct with the property manager.

The flat was in a superb location giving ready access to everything that Edinburgh has to offer. The shared areas (entrance hall and stairs etc) were well maintained to a high standard. It's very useful to have an allocated parking space in Edinburgh

The flat was very comfortably furnished and we loved staying there. The cooking equipment was slightly limited but we were staying there for four weeks so probably cooked at home more than the average visitor.

The three flights of stairs up to the flat were good exercise!
