Exterior Located in the famous and well connected West End neighbourhood, the Skyline is in the heart of Edinburgh city centre. Just a short walk from Princes Street and George Street, it is a heaven for sophisticated travellers, with Edinburgh's most famous museums and galleries at your door-step, high-end shops, independent cafes and restaurants.
If you love green spaces and peaceful walks, you can easily walk towards the iconic Dean Village and Stockbridge.

-Booking Requirements-
We require names and ages of all guests, as well as addresses and ID. We will require the lead guest to sign copy of our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to vet any booking. This apartment is not suitable for stag parties, hen parties or young single sex groups or parties. One member of the booking party must be over 30 years. There is a strictly non-smoking policy. A damage deposit of £500 is required one week before arrival and will be fully refunded pending no damages one week after your departure.

Accessibility statement This property is not suitable for those with mobility issues due to the number of stairs up to the property on the third floor of the building.

City centre from the airport...

By bus:
The Airlink 100 express and N22 night buses reach Waverley Bridge in about 25 minutes, depending on traffic. The Lothian Buses No 35 also runs into city centre but calls at local destinations en route, and continues to Leith.
By car:
The airport is about eight miles (12km) west of the city centre and the journey (via the A8 Glasgow Road) takes about 25 minutes in light traffic.
By tram:
Trams offer a frequent and reliable service linking the airport and the city centre. Interchange with rail services is available at Edinburgh Park and Haymarket stations. Other stops include Murrayfield Stadium and Princes Street.

Executive car transfer:
The Edinburgh Address can arrange an executive car pick up for you from the airport to your apartment - or other locations on request. We can also arrange day trips and private drivers. Please contact us on 0131 261 8646 and let us know you would like to arrange a car and to get a quote. Transfers are usually around £60 each journey. Please let us know as soon as possible so we have the best possible chance of booking the journey on your behalf, as cars aren't always available at last minute.est in about 25 minutes, depending on traffic.

The apartment is about a 15 minute walk from Haymarket Train Station and about a 20 minute walk from Waverly Train Station.

Easy booking and good communication when checking in.


Lovely apartment in great location.

Had all we needed for an enjoyable stay.

Only downsides were the slightly flaky internet access and the climb to the apartment after a long day exploring Edinburgh.

The apartment is great in every aspect

The only rooms for improvement are:
- lift
- better internet connection
- access to building from parking

Apartments like this one were built between the 18th and the 19th century with no lifts or space for one. However, a parking space in the city centre (rare find), breath-taking views of Edinburgh and tailored interiors, make the Skyline a great place, just like you said. "Fantastic apartment with first class service.


The Skyline @ The West End

My wife and a friend visited Edinburgh for the weekend in early November.The flat is on the top floor of a grand Georgian house.The quality of the interior design,beds ,carpets, kitchen and all fittings were superior.This is obviously the home of well intentioned people.The check in was efficient and they gave us a bottle of Prosecco as well. This was a very comfortable flat and we would certainly stay here again. They had offered us this apartment in lieu of another which had had some rainwater damage.This was an upgrade and they charged us no more money,much appreciated.
