The Edinburgh Address Ltd manages bookings on behalf of the Property Owner. The property owner provides the accommodation.

One member of the booking party must be over 25 years. We require names and ages of all guests, as well as proof of address and ID of the lead guest. This is required within 2 days of booking.
We will require the lead guest to sign a copy of our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to vet any booking.

This property is protected by Truvi (previously known as SuperHog), the digital trust platform that enables Hosts, Operators and Guests to confidently transact in the short-term rentals space.

Overall Feefo rating: single plus

Nice apartment in a great location. Real shame the outside area can't be used. Would benefit from a freshen up as a few marks on walls, sofa & carpets. Main bin doesn't close properly and no bin in main bedroom/en suite. The bedding was lovely and clean, bed was very comfortable and the towels soft. A little treat on arrival would be a nice touch even if just some milk & bread.

It’s a real shame about the outside area. Unfortunately, that’s not something we’re able to change, but I completely understand your disappointment. I’ve also passed your comments about the bin and the general wear to our property manager, and we’ll make sure those are looked into.

We really appreciate your suggestion about a little treat on arrival. While we don’t have a catering or concierge service to provide perishables like milk or bread, we’ll definitely have a think about other ways we can add a welcoming touch.

Excellent service from The Edinburgh Address, easy to book and great communication from start to finish. Would definitely recommended.

Beautiful apartment in a very central location, a few minutes walk to Princes Street. It was perfect for our weekend, so easy to reach everywhere.

Lots of local amenities including Sainsburys Local and Café Nero very close by.

The beds were so comfy and the apartment was decorated and furnished to a high standard.

We will definitely be returning.

We've been to Edinburgh before, staying in hotels in Old Town and New Town. Having already done the tourist thing, we wanted to see what it felt like to live there. This apartment was just right. Close to a grocery, drug store, pubs, bakeries, etc., and still very walkable to George, Queen, and Princes Streets and beyond. And despite begin so close to the action, it was blessedly quiet.

What a perfect property for my family of four to rent while we were in Edinburgh. It is away from the crush of tourists but just one stop away on the trolly from the center of town. The place was clean, well appointed and beautiful. I'd highly recommend this to anyone needing a place in Edinburgh.

Apartment is in the perfect location within walking distance or a short ride to anywhere you need to go. We were in town visiting the Royal Highland Show and took the tram which was just down the block. Apartment was clean, looks just like the pictures providing plenty of room for four of us.

We had a very nice stay. (4 adults) It was convenient to all the things you want to visit. Pubs and coffee shops close by as well as a Sainsbury which we used when we wanted to prepare our own food. You may need to purchase more toilet paper and paper towels for your stay as there was only a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. You can get those close by at store. We were there a week and it was nice to have a washing machine as we pack very light. We would recommend this flat.

This apartment was located within a 25 minute walk to Edinburgh Castle, Scotland museum, and Grassmarket. Tram and buses a block away. Plenty of restaurants in neighborhood. The apartment was very comfortable for 4 adults and kitchen well stocked. Would recommend highly!

Great space that allowed us to cook and relax at the end of the night. Very centralized location where it was easy to walk, catch the tram or a taxi. Check in was very simple and we got details from the property manager, Karen, the day prior. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Lorna is a wonderful host and we enjoyed immensely our vacation in this spacious Stafford Street property in Edinburgh. The apartment is beautifully appointed, with comfortable beds and has a great shower, always something we appreciate
The property is in a great location, close to two great restaurants (La Piazza & Dine) and the local Sainsbury’s for your essentials.
The castle, grass market, royal mile and princes street are all within 15 minutes of the property and the green tour bus can be boarded in Charlotte Square.
You will not be disappointed with relaxing at this property

An exceptional place! Next to the high street and close to the public transport facilities. The place is sparkling clean and very well maintained. It is spacious and cozy. Lorna is extremely helpful and quick on her responses. 10/10 will stay at this place when I go back to Edinburgh.
