The sense of space and light greets you at the top and the journey to explore the property has just begun - every room is a delight, with design attention to detail second to none.
Benefitting from a full refurbishment, the property features a spacious open plan living/dining area, with comfortable chairs and sofas you can relax into after a days sightseeing. There are 3 bedrooms - bedroom one has a double, bedroom 2 a zip and link which can be singles or a king and the Master a King bed. The master bedroom also has an en-suite.
There is a delightful balcony area with a table to seat 2 where you can breakfast or enjoy an evening drink admiring the fabulous Edinburgh views. The kitchen features all mod cons and if you fancy a night in, it is perfect for cooking so you can settle down for the evening and take advantage of the superb accommodations on offer (or use our chef service so you don't have to lift a finger!).

Interior layout The communal building has a lift up to the fourth floor. There are some stairs from the front door up to the apartment. This spacious apartment has a hallway from which most rooms lead off. The living/dining area is open plan. There is a separate kitchen and doors next to the kitchen lead to the balcony.
Exterior Edinburgh’s old town has world heritage status. The building is B listed by Historic Scotland. This part of the High Street dates back as far as the 12th century although the buildings between the Tron Kirk and Parliament Square were destroyed in a great fire in 1824 and the present facades re-built in 1825.
The Edinburgh Address require names and ages of all guests, as well as addresses and ID. We will require the lead guest to sign copy of our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to vet any booking. This apartment is not suitable for stag parties, hen parties or young single sex groups or parties. One member of the booking party must be over 30 years. There is a strict no-smoking policy. A damage deposit of £500 is required one week before arrival and will be fully refunded pending no damages one week after your departure.
Limited mobility access Property has steps into the hall and then has a lift to the apartment. There are steps into the property and a set of stairs that takes you to the floor the property is on. Those with limited mobility should consider these factors before booking.
Due to the incredible location on the Royal Mile noise is a factor which should be considered. During the Edinburgh Fringe Festival this noise is increased.
